I rarely if ever give a bad review. But this place earned it. Jumped thru so many hoops for so much money to get started now today Nobody ever showed up today for my virtual meeting and I have had enough……
Last time I missed a meeting it was a $150 charge. My time is valuable. So do I get a credit?
I have been a loyal customer since JAN 2022 and trusted that I wouldn’t get taken advantage of. Cigna rep was in disbelief when I told her and realized this was beyond wrong.
You will be losing me as a customer very soon. Unless I can have visits every 90 days instead of 30. I understand your office policy is to make as much money as possible but I need this changed.
Paying $249 once a month between me and my insurance to talk to Debbie for 3 minutes on a virtual call is ridicules.
Lastly the fact that no “pre authorization with my insurance was ever done is unacceptable.” This is your industry and you should do what’s best for the customer. I pay almost $400 a month for my vyvanse and then another $2988 a year for office visits.
Your industry has a bad name for this reason. It’s not about what is doing what’s right it’s about making the most money and in my case adding little value. $7,788 a year paid to you all bc I have ADD?
I can’t wait to post this as a review on every website I can find.
