Jen Lebrun with Dreamers Travel is amazing to work with. I just got back with a group of 14 to Punta Cana, DR and she helped plan the majority of the group! Not only did she find the best resort for our needs (Dreams Flora, highly recommend), she fixed any snafoos immediately (before one guest even got to the front desk) AND managed to arrange a birthday cake to be delivered on our excursion! That is above and beyond!! Thanks Jen!!!! ❤️

We had such an awesome time on our trip thanks to Jen! She decided on our destination, asked us great questions about when we needed to fly, and chose a really great neighborhood for us to stay in. It was such a great way to travel, especially since we were so busy and couldn’t even decide on a place to go! And all of this happened just six weeks before we had to leave for the trip. We highly recommend Jen and can’t wait to plan our next trip with her.

Jen always makes sure everything goes smoothly. She got us an upgraded cabin and onboard credits that paid for all our premium excursions. She is a wealth of information and I have had so many memorable trips because of her..

Jen was simply amazing. She made the process seamless. We had never been on a cruise or out of the country and she kept me from stressing and missing any vital details. We will be booking another cruise with her. I have also given her name out to some family and colleagues.

We just got home from a 25 day vacation organized by Mark. He was amazing to work with from the start. We loved our trip and he was always quick to respond, even when we experienced a resort issue. I believe he became not just a friend, but family. I can't wait to continue working with him and seeing where our future trips take us. Highly recommend!!

Mark at Dreamers was very helpful in trying to decide which resort to go to in Jamaica! He was in contact with us through emails throughout the whole process and kept us informed of everything we needed to do before our trip. He even gave us his cell number before we left in case we ran into any problems. I will definitely continue to use him and refer him to my friends.

It was a pleasure working with Jen LaBrun of Dreamers Travel, who coordinated our recent trip to St. Lucia. She made sure we were taken care of from the minute we stepped off the plane until our departure. Along with helping our group of 8 people book with Sandals and arranging our airport transfers, she also set us up with a wonderful full-day tour of the island. Now that we're back home, we're reminiscing about all the recent memories that were made on that trip, and it wouldn't have been possible without Jen.

Mark provided outstanding options for my husband and I to choose from for our anniversary in Punta Cana. He made the whole travel experience very easy by booking resort and air travel , providing documents by mail , sending email reminders as we got closer, arranging for transportation to, and from the resort and arranging special perks at the hotel!!! I highly recommend this travel agency, and will use them again in the future!!
