Dreamstyle Remodeling

We purchased a fireplace insert on 29 Oct 2019 it was "in stock" and was promised to be installed by Thanksgiving. We waited for a site check at the two week point, I requested a refund of our deposit clearly Dreamstyle had no intention of installing my insert by Thanksgiving. I was told I would forfeit my deposit per the contract, note read anything you sign with these people. Thanksgiving comes and goes, Christmas comes and goes with no insert. On March 14 the installation was finally complete. Dreamstyle never offered to discount the insert due their ineptness, they simply don't care and will do anything to make the sale and take your money. Customer service is the last priority, I would avoid this company.
