Do not build your home with this company. This is our 2nd time and the more you spend multiply the issues. From start to finish a total nightmare. Tried giving us cheaper stone, trash under tub install, messy paint job, travertine tile was defective, then wrong tile installed 7 months later...still not done by the way and bathroom is left demolitioned still....tile roof job was messy, stucco sprayed all over fence (still not cleaned), paint was sprayed on roof tiles, plumbing leaks from toilet and tub running through our master closet vents (gross), cracking cabinet panels, leaking windows, incorrect light fixtures installed originally, incorrect carpet, ..... omg just do not do it. Good luck getting proper recourse as well. You will be fighting to get anything fixed for months and months. Its been over 7 months and our master bath is a construction sight and unusable
