Office is ridiculous - when originally scheduling they would either take a week to respond or they would double call me with the same issue multiple times (no internal office coordination on calls). After scheduling an second appointment I realized multiple days in advance that I needed to reschedule my appointment. I called and left messages Monday (a holiday), Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Wednesday morning I emailed them letting them know I needed to reschedule after not hearing back - this was 11:32 am on Wednesday that was for an appointment at 3:45 pm Thursday. Thursday morning they called back to reschedule with no problems. Thursday afternoon they called back telling me I was to pay $40 for rescheduling an appointment. I let them know that I was not paying their fee as this was not my fault. They charged my account anyway. Plenty of receipts to show communications with the office and emails to them with no response. Take your money elsewhere unless you willingly want a headache.
