Perhaps the most important thing to understand about Energy Solutions Network is how they work with their clients. They are not just a broker; simply an entity that gets you price quotes. They take a holistic view of the energy needs you manage. They offer consulting services and solutions beyond procurement like demand response programs, a state of the art data management system, bill audits, power factoring, evaluating system efficiencies, energy conservation, vetting providers as to their credit worthiness and stability, etc. They are truly a one stop shop for your energy needs on both the supply and demand side. They sincerely want to learn how you are using energy, what has changed in the past years, and what you anticipate may influence your energy use in the future. They also work with you on risk tolerance so that the design of the energy program meets your risk profile. As one of their clients I benefit from their in-depth knowledge of both retail and wholesale markets which they monitor on my behalf, updating me as changes in the marketplace impact my energy strategy. They are an adjunct of my team.
