We purchased a new 2022 Ford Raptor from Olathe Ford. During paperwork, we were asked if we wanted the truck ceramic coated. We paid $1500 believing we were receiving a professional grade ceramic coating with a lifetime warranty. Well that was not the case. They didn't use professional a professional grade ceramic that is used out of a glass bottle. They just sprayed a $35 out of a plastic bottle "ceramic coating" you can purchase from any auto parts store and basically tried to pawn it off as a professional ceramic coating job. After we got it in sunlight, we knew we were conned. I did an online search and found CeramicPro of Kansas City and called and spoke with them. They invited me to their shop to show me the work they do as well as explain in detail how they prep the vehicle in different stages and apply the ceramic. I was impressed and it was only going to be $350 more than what Olathe Ford charged and we received a 5 coat ceramic job and a lifetime warranty plus paying just an extra $225 for the inside ceramic coating. 3 days later we received out truck back and it looked absolutely amazing beyond belief! Better than it did when it was on the showroom floor. The guys their were both professional beyond words and made sure that you knew absolutely what and how you were going to receive a professional ceramic coating job on you vehicle. I let everyone I come into contact with know about this amazing company.
