The Ross Park Mall location is very friendly and are top notch. Needed an upgrade a couple of time and they accommodated my needs. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.

The ross township location was a sheer pleasure to store at. Harry and Mary Ann were so kind to me and made my time at the storage facility very enjoyable. The use of the free truck was very helpful. I highly recommend using this facility. Great place, great people.

I have used storage companies from MA to Hawaii, with a lot in between. E Z Storage in Utica MI is by FAR the best in service and the way they handle customers. The manager Nicole is one of the best I have dealt with. I hate to say this as I would not want to loose her from that location, but as a former Bussiness owner (now retired), I would have no problem in promoting Nicole. EZ Storage should be proud of her and have her training others to handle customers the way she does. I do wish Utica had 24 hour access.

I've been storing my items in the Sterling Heights, MI location and after all the research I did before choosing EZ Storage, I can tell you I made the right decision! Yes, it is a little more $$ than some of the other storage facilities, but it is worth every penny! (Since my entire life is stored within those walls!) The hallways have street signs, so it's easy to navigate around the building, and there are cameras everywhere. Not only is it safe and secure, but it is climate controlled, and centrally located as well. It's super clean, and Dawn, the manager, is super-detail oriented, and has constantly provided me with friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Thumbs up for this place!

This is about the EZ Storage in Monroeville, PA (not Huntingdon Valley), but my customer code only allowed me access to this location. My family rented a unit in Monroeville for five years. The space was clean and secure. The site itself is great being on a major thoroughfare with simple access and egress. The storage configuration was great with secure entry, appropriate lighting from gate to unit and even inside our unit (one bulb, but plenty of light for a 10x15). There is nothing fancy about the set-up, but this is a storage unit and not an apartment. Our rental period moved through two management staff and we didn't even notice the transition (seamless) but a special notice to the most recent team Paul and Karin for superior service through our exit. We worried that once we informed them we were moving out, we'd be a waste of the management's effort (versus the move-in), but this certainly wasn't the case. We were treated as 'customers' from beginning to end. If I had to generate a negative comment to balance out the positives, it would be difficult. As such, if we're in need of a unit in the future (we're staying local for now), we'll certainly be back.

EZ Storage at Ross Township is the best storage experience in Pittsburgh!! Friendly and professional staff. Maryann and Harry take great care of the property. They are the friendliest people I know. Maryann and Harry both truly care about your storage needs and budget. I recommend EZ Storage at Ross Park to everyone I know!

Dawn is very friendly and understanding! I thought all my stuff would fit into a 9 x 10 and quickly realized it wouldn't be-Dawn upgraded me to a 10 x 10 with no problem. She had locks available for purchase at the front desk. The hours are convenient and safe with the digital entry pad. The storage is inside so there is no dust, dirt or weather elements to worry about ever. When you need to pull stuff out there is enough room outside your unit and a pull dolly to transport your stuff back and forth.
