The baseball cap I purchased was listed on sale, but when I added the item to my cart the discount would not apply. Tried several times without success getting the discount to apply. I ended up still purchasing as it was a Christmas gift and needed the hat to get here in time for the holiday. More of an issue with the website rather than the company itself. Husband loves the hat and the quality is fabulous! Shipped quickly too!

This was my first time shopping on your site. The designs and fit of the clothes are great. 1 thing that I would recommend for future purchases on my part. 1.Free shipping to Canada - I believe that there must be a way for Fire and Fuel to offer free shipping to Canada with a certain purchase amount. Its is a $30 charge to ship to quebec and it makes that the products are much more expensive. Thank you and I will continue to be a valued customer. Cheers , Alex

Amazing company!! I had bought several items previously. On one of my orders there was a problem. They emailed back and forth with me (in a super timely manner) worked hard to resolve it and even offered me a free hat for there being a complication that wasn't their fault. I was shocked at the promptness and wonderful customer service I received from the owner.
