First Friends Daycare - A Nightmarish Experience
I cannot stress enough how dreadful my experience was with First Friends Daycare. From the moment I enrolled my children there, I regretted my decision. The daycare's communication with parents was nothing short of abysmal. They rarely bothered to inform us about our children's activities, progress, or any issues that arose during the day. It was like pulling teeth to get any information out of them.
To make matters worse, the staff at First Friends Daycare seemed to have no qualms about lying to parents. On multiple occasions, I caught them providing false information about my children's behavior and development. It was clear that they were more interested in covering up their shortcomings than genuinely caring for the children's well-being.
The worst part of it all was the evident fear and hatred the children displayed towards going to the daycare. My kids would cry and plead not to be sent there each morning, and it broke my heart to see them so distressed. Instead of providing a nurturing and welcoming environment, the daycare seemed to be a place of terror for the children.
The administration at First Friends Daycare was nothing short of useless, lazy, and aggressive. Whenever I tried to address concerns or problems, they would brush me off or, worse, respond with hostility. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and were entirely unwilling to take any responsibility for their actions.
I can say with certainty that I will never bring my children back to First Friends Daycare, and I would strongly advise against anyone else doing so as well. The place is a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish such a traumatizing experience on any child. I wouldn't recommend this daycare to my worst enemy, let alone a friend or family member.
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't unique. Countless other parents have voiced similar complaints and grievances about First Friends Daycare. It's disheartening to see how many families have been affected by the daycare's incompetence and disregard for children's well-being.
In conclusion, First Friends Daycare is an absolute disaster. Their terrible communication, dishonesty, and mistreatment of children make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save your children from this nightmare and look for a daycare that actually cares about the kids and their families.
