Of all the types of classes Fit Columbia offers I’ve only been to three: baby goat yoga, beer yoga at Za’s on Devine & Aerial yoga. I can’t pick a favorite (they were all awesome!) but I can say each instructor has been fabulously friendly & professional. One instructor (sorry I can remember her name!) even studied in India for a year in order to become an instructor! Angie, the owner is so wonderful and really dedicated to helping all of her clients improve their health. Looking forward to my next class!!!

Angie and the crew at Fit Columbia do a great job teaching people with a wide variety of body shapes. They offer several yoga classes, including ariel yoga, beer yoga, goat yoga, as well as other routines. They won the BBB Business of the Year in 2018 for all medium sized businesses. I highly recommend Fit Columbia!
