Personal Training Gym with a Yoga Studio. 1 on 1, small and large group personal training . We run 6-Week Transformation Challenges and 28-Beachbody Programs as well as regular training all year. HotSpot Yoga has classes running all week with some heated with Infra Red Heat and some no heat.
