Our residential and commercial customers must keep their homes and businesses operating with little to no interruption. We provide a full array of heating and plumbing services in Westchester County performed by an experienced, licensed plumber who’ll consult you on all options available to you. Quite apart from handymen, moonlighters or unlicensed plumbers who also perform similar services (when they’re available or under someone’s license). Our company is 100% committed to this business, it’s not our side job.
Flotechs has an agreement with my condo association. They cleared a slow moving bath tub drain in my unit without my knowledge or authorization and billed me $299. I accept they should be paid for services but I asked for a refund of half of the charge which is unreasonably high and because I never approved or authorized the work. They refused. Unacceptable and think twice before you hire a business that puts money over treating customers with respect.
