I would NEVER recommend this place based on my experience. First I told the person booking the app that we would need a late one because my husband works in Denver. They offered me a five pm but I had to really push to get the later appointment we needed. Once we had our first appointment the counselor was too focused on watching the clock than listening to us. We didn’t feel comfortable and felt on the spot to reschedule. We AGAIN told them we CANNOT do 5pm, but the counselor scheduled it for that time anyways. If they don’t want to work late then don’t offer the appointment times. We messaged to cancel a few days later knowing: 1. We requested a later time they didn’t seem to want to accommodate 2. The counselor didn’t care about us or listening to our problems just cared about leaving. I have now been harrassed relentlessly by their staff to pay for an appointment we canceled and never had wanted to book in the first place. I would give this a negative star if possible because they only care about $$ not people.
