The first bouquet I sent to my mother in law was not at all like the picture. I reached out to the business and got a response the same day with them offering to fix the situation for me with a new arrangement. I expected them to send something within the same price range that I purchased, but was surprised to see they had sent a much nicer arrangement! They went above and beyond and I will definitely be going through them again. They are one of the few businesses that truly stand by their guarantee.
