We had a great experience at Fridays rescue and found our forever love Bo ( formerly Dove ) . The staff there really love their animals, and it is likely to see.

We were looking for a puppy on National Empty the Shelters Day. No luck, but was told there were 10 puppies coming up from the south. I was called when they were available and went into FRF’s yard to play with the puppies and that’s when we fell in love with Shamus (Rumi)!! He grew into a beautiful dog, 62lbs, very tall and loves the outdoors and running! Turned out he was a Brittany/AmericanFoxhound/Chow. (We had him DNA tested). Everyone there at FRF was so kind and friendly and answered all our questions. They were so knowledgeable and informative. When it was time to take Shamus back for his neutering, they took such great care of him till it was time for us to pick him up. Loved how they called to check on Shamus. I would send in pictures and videos from time to time! Tim and I will look no further then FRF when we get Shamus a brother or sister, because we know everyone there at FRF will take great care of us and help us to find the perfect doggie for our home!! Thank you all!!!!

I had a really good experience with this organization. They were timely, responsive and did a great job with my adoption. The only thing I would say that was negative was that they were not forcoming with info regarding the dog. I know my dog was previously returned...why I don't know, but I would have loved to have had the background on my dog. I know he came from the south, but that's it.
