Constant bad haircuts - yes I’ve had multiple but returned because of convenience and hope that they’d do better
This last one was so bad I returned to ask them to fix it
Service was horrendous. They asked me to come back at the end of the day...sorry but if you’ve messed up a d given horrible service and a customer complains, fix it it, make them the priority, don’t tell them to come back at the end of the day
Worse yet, my hair is already short, doesn’t take but 10 min to fix given what they already did to me but they wouldn’t even spend that time on a disgruntled customer
