They say good customer service is dead. Well not at Furniture Solutions they go above and beyond. They serviced my sofa and diagnosed an additional problem in minutes. These guys know their stuff. If you need quality furniture repair done by a knowledgeable, professional and dependable service then Furniture Solutions should be your first call. The next time I buy furniture and get the warranty I will ask if they use this company, if not I might buy elsewhere. On a scale of 1 to 5 they are a 10.

Ernesto Patricio is an amazing furniture repair person. He was able to fix our broken recliner within 29 minutes. It works perfectly now. He is knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, & efficient. We were very pleased with his work!!

Alex was our technician twice. 1st time he found the issue with our adjustable bed and ordered the part. Problem was controller was only working on feet. He fixed it so the remote would work the head so while waiting for the part, we could use the head control, which we use most. Great job. Part was shipped to us and we called and got another appointment. Alex again technician. He was timely both times, giving us a call shortly before arrival. When he arrived, both times, he took his shoes off before proceeding inside. This guy is a professional, courteous, and efficient. Thanks Alex!
