Tech Gonzola was amazing and so professional. He came and was trouble shooting. He explained everything he was trying. I felt so bad I called corporate when he said it wasn’t able to be fixed. They were so mean to him. They treated him like he didn’t know what he was doing and kept undermining him. He remained professional. They hung up and didn’t call back. He was very knowledgeable and honest with the reasons to why the frame couldn’t be repaired. He explained the steps and what to expect.

Gonzalo was very knowledgeable and informational. He showed tremendous patience when dealing with warranty company on the phone. He showed true professionalism when the warranty company was trying to walk him through the steps over the phone. He did what they asked him to do knowing he already tried doing it on his own. We both told the company that he had tried it but they would not listen to him. The company even had the audacity to ask him if he plugged the the cords into the right color section on the box. I couldn’t even believe they asked him that. Gonzalo is a great asset to have on your team.

Rex and Ralph did an unbelievable job of restoring my leather recliner. I wish I had a few before and after pictures to post because words will not do justice to the job they did. My recliner was in total disrepair with tears, rips and worn patterns everywhere. I was about to throw it away or donate it somewhere. When they brought my chair back, I thought it was brand new! Needless to say, I am extremely happy and very impressed with their work. They are very talented and totally professional. You cannot go wrong with this company, or with these two guys.
