Humorous, it is now Feb 2023 and still no plaster guy for my pool or my neighbors. You sent one new contractor to assess my property and fix the removed tiles of my neighbors. Then no communication with you for months.  At what point  do you think we will just give up? We are also approaching 1 year warranty. Again nothing from your company. Are you going to send plaster people that were required at the JULY 2022 punch out? Just fix what you were paid for. Shame on you for treating disabled combat veterans this way. We expected better. Here is only SOME OF our pictures proving your subcontractors Did not cover my fencing or house, causing damage to both. Then your fox was to pressure wash house and fence, causing extensive damage to both. Oh yeah and our faucet and neighbors FAUCET are still leaking waiting for you to install the residential building code required pressure valves! ! I submitted the above review to Google and the news... here is their response... The remaining line items that need resolution would be as followed: • Autofill  • Fence • Plaster Below are Gary Pools response to the line items remaining on your pool: • Autofill is installed per code and will have some water loss or leaks when the autofill is being turned on and off. The vacuum breaker installed is to relieve pressure when the unit is being turned on and off. • As for your fence, Gary Pools stands by the goodwill credit offered, once all reviews have been removed, for damages caused to the fence from pressure washing during Gary Pools attempt to remedy the structure. My research deemed that we have set and maintained expectations through our company based on previous conversations with Paul. • As for the plaster, I have presented two options to resolve this matter: • Option 1: Drain, sand, and patch the area around the main drain. Gary Pools cannot be held liable for the matching of color variations when doing a patch. • Option 2: Without doing a patch, Gary Pools will drain and sand rough areas in the pool. Gary Pools has deemed your plaster to be in good condition.  It would be my pleasure to help you resolve these items pending your decision on how you would like to proceed with these repairs.  Please feel free to reach out to me with your decision.  Once again, I would like to thank you for your patience and time that you dedicated to helping me gather all the necessary information to reach these solutions.  I hope to hear from you soon so we can move forward with these repairs promptly. Here is my response... The goodwill credit offered needs to match the monetary amount of today's cost, based on certified licensed contractors estimate, since it was Gary pools contractors who failed to cover anything, causing the damage in the first place and then the additional damage they caused when they pressure washed the fence and house as a remedy, but only causing more damage.   A $500 check is not suficce when i sent 3 quotes from lisenced companys (at Gaary Pools request) who all stated the damage was $1600 to $3200. That was in June 2022, i am sure the price has risen by now. Building code required value also needs to be installed. As for the plaster, I will have to defer to my husband, since we do not want two diffrent colors in our pool since the 8 month delay is due to Gary Pools, not us. So why is replastering the entire pool not an option? As for sanding the rough portions of plaster, will they properly cover my deck and fence, are they licensed and bonded to do plaster, and will Gary Pools pay for the water to refill the pool? Again since it's at the fault of Gary Pools that the plaster was not fixed before they mandated we fill the pool. And.. as usual... here is theirs.. Byers beware... I just left you a voicemail which essentially states that we willing to issue you a goodwill credit towards the fence repair, and this is an offer that already goes beyond our contract.  I understand that this does not cover the quote you were issued for fence repairs, but our contract does not cover damages to fences (see below screenshot).  I have records showing that this fence repair has been denied to you on two separate occasions, once by the formed head of construction and once by the owner.  As such, I believe it is necessary to set a deadline for getting a final decision in place.  Our final offer of a goodwill credit will expire on Monday by end of day.  After this, we will only perform the warrantied repair to the plaster.  We will not be replastering the pool because the areas requiring repairs are in consolidated locations, thus requiring a patch only.  We do not replaster pools when repair locations are consolidated to a few spots. If we do not hear back from you via email by end of day on Monday on your acceptance or denial of our goodwill credit, then we will proceed with solely repairing the plaster.  We will not entertain the topic of the fence credit after this point, as multiple members of our team have had this fencing conversation, but at the end of the day the contract has no inclusions for damages to structures such as fencing.  If you wish to accept or deny the offer, please let us know via email to ensure proper documentation.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions in the mean time.

We are interested in building a pool. Jared Rogers, a sales and design expert, showed up promptly. He was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with about the design and possible cost. He was accompanied by Peter, who was also helpful. We look forward to having a beautiful and affordable pool built by Gary Pools in the future.
