Extreme water leak around chimney with excessive damage to roof board. Contract guarantees 10 yr to repair any leaks/damage due to bad workmanship. Very unresponsive to calls and texts. Makes appts and does not show up or call. It took 4 months to get him to show up. Says he added 'more' flashing and no offer to replace damaged boards. He stated if this doesn't stop the leak he would charge us $250 to re-seal chimney. Contract states he would re-seal the chimney at the time of the new roof install which was included in the price. Contract also states he would remove old flashing and replace with new. This wasn't done either. And of course the roof still leaks and of course he has not responded in return.
