Goettl Air Conditioning Phoenix

I bought a new 5 ton ac and had it installed on 14 Apr. They didn't leave any filters, said they would bring some out the nest day. They never showed. 4 months later, I got a letter from goettl telling me I had 6 months from date of install to get it inspected and need a certificate on installation to show the inspector. I never got so I called. I was told that a goettl employee would set up an inspection and they would meet the inspector with the needed certificate. No one from goettl ever called. The inspector showed up the next day unexpected and alone. I again called goettl to tell them what happened. They set up an appointment for Aug 23 @ 10AM. About 10 minutes before the scheduled appt, goettl called and said he was going to set up the appointment. I told him it was supposed to be an hour earlier. Several people LIED to me to cover up their lack of professionalism. I won't put up with blatant lying to me. Their slogan of "We do things the right way, not the easy way" is a complete joke. I have used goettl several times, but I will NEVER, EVER use them again. Unless you want unprofessional customer service who is willing to lie about what they said would happen, DON'T even consider using them for anything.

So, I called them out for two issues a sump Pump that was under warranty and a couple of leaky valves on my main coming into the house, Tech comes out late in afternoon, views warranty work and says a 6month old sump pump they installed is bad, and said another tech would come later with part. The tech then troublshot the leaky valves on main, quoted me $1764 to replace a pressure relief valve, and a anti siphon valve and 3 copper fittings and about 10 inches of copper pipe. They told me that the brass was very expensive, me just over covid, I agreed. After them leaving I took the model numbers of both valves and did a little research. Turn out both valves total no more than $120. They chrged me $1764 dollars for about 2 hours worth of work and a little bit of pipe. I have never felt so robbed in my whole life. The price gauged me to make up for warranty work. I will never again use them

What you all did for me today, is so far beyond expectations, it moved me to tears. I am a senior, fixed income, veteran, who has had like many, a very tough six months. I cannot Thank all of you at Goettl enough!!! It gave me after 5 days of no a/c, strapped for cash, working a/c. along with a nice Sadie and a flashlight! I really needed the a/c, and some "breathing room" financially, and you gave me both! I'll need a new a/c unit by next summer, and it will be GOETTL !!! I will over the next few days, "sing your praises" to the BBB, Yelp, etc. and wherever I can find to do so! May God bless Goettl air conditioning for ever more!!!
