The vet tech called me a b**** for asking questions as to why they were unnecessarily spacing out my dogs third doses of his shots and proceeded to say it’s California law but when I took my puppy to another vet they gave him the remaining shots he had left of his third doses and they said there is no such California law. Workers were extremely rude and just try to rip off their patients by unnecessarily spacing stuff out. Not to mention they didn’t want to write in or put the vaccination sticker in my puppy’s vaccination log for us to hold. They only wanted to leave that sticker in their file. So some vets or groomers and dog trainers would turn us away for not having all his shots written in his book. When you work in a customer service industry you don’t want to be calling your patients and guests anything rude. But this place went the extra mile to insult me because I was putting pressure on them to answer questions like where in the California logbook does it state dogs can’t get all of their third doses of shots altogether along with their rabies shot. When my husband got there they proceeded to tell him I was being a b**** but tried to kiss a** so we wouldn’t leave a bad review. So avoid this place at all costs people they will lie to you to make more money and when you question it they will call you names
