I wouldn’t take your fur baby anywhere near this place. This is the second time I came here and they tell me the same thing “he’s too matted to leave any hair” the first time I accepted it but this time NO. First of all she tried to speak the same thing to me and back peddled when she seen he wasn’t matted and I brush him regularly since. I’m not sure if she just doesn’t know what she’s doing or simply wants to “take ‘em down” because it’s the easiest thing to do. My baby looks like a lawsuit on top of the fact his growing is irritated. He came home traumatized and I came home pissed. Keep in mind he’s shih tzu and it’s winter time. Knowing how I feel about his hair and time of year I would think they would at leasttry to keep some hair but now he looks like a terrier even after I gave instructions. Don’t let the niceness fool you he also gave a lot of nervous symptoms after.
