It is really great to see a young person with very good work habit ethics as Alex has and did. When I first spoke to him when he was finished with my neighbors AC unit he explained the program and handed me the company program and told me to look it over and if I want the program just call the number for an appointment. Thank you very much.

Service was prompt and professional. My concern was the $996 price for a gas valve replacement, for our Lennox 14ACX HVAC unit, it seemed exorbitant for a $200+- part. I gave the OK because the heater wouldn't turn on and it was cold. The Technician took a total of 2 hours including travel to get the part. I then had several calls from other Companies and after a very detailed description of the issue which was already being completed by Gundlachs all quotes were $300 to $500 less. I don't mind spending a little more for quality service but not 30% to 50% more. So beware if your looking for fair pricing I would look elsewhere. Also, I did not receive a itemized invoice, no part or labor breakdown.

WE HAVE A NEW HOT WATER HEATER!!! I cannot believe how quickly my problem was solved. I thought we would not have hot water for days!!! Problem solved in under 3 hours!!! Thank you!!!

This company came out and unplugged the fan on my daughters unit and said they needed a whole new unit because the compressor was also out. They got a second opinion and found out the fan had been unplugged and had the unit working the next day. Terrible to treat women like this and try to rip them off.

The plumber, Jerry, who came to deal with issues in our bathroom caused by a landscaper cutting not one but two pipes was efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. I would recommend this staff member to everyone.

The service was scheduled in a rather timely fashion and the technician did show up on time. He diagnosed the problem rather fast. The only issue I had is the cost of the board. I know this is not necessary the companies fault, but still hurts to pay $850.00 for a board.
