Great experience, great knives.

Great service and very responsive. Fed-Ex lost the package so Gunter Wilhelm immediately sent a replacement by UPS. The knives are fabulous.

The knives are very sharp and I purchased several sets and "loose pieces". There were several knives with "tool" marks on them is the only reason I can't give them a perfect score of 5 out of 5.
