I purchased a few Gunter Wilhelm knives for use prepping for and during BBQ competitions. The knives are well made, sharp and hold their edge. I would definitely recommend Gunter Wilhelm knives to my fellow BBQ competition teams.

You want the BEST; You got the BEST; knives and cookware are top notch and used by many top Chefs and Home Cooks alike. Questions are answered promptly no matter the time of day. This isn't a 9-5p company. After seeing these knives in action at the World Food Championships I noticed my older, inexpensive ones needed to be replaced. Best investment in kitchenware I've made so far.
