The staff at Gunter Wilhelm went above and beyond when the knife I ordered for a birthday present was sent to the wrong address. They followed up with both me and the shipper to re-route my knife, and they told me if I didn't receive it in time they would make me another one! I highly recommend this company and their products!

Bought a set of knives for my Mom for Christmas. They were on sale, I believe that they were an older model but when I wasn't given a knife that was supposed to be sent with the set I emailed Gunter Wilhem and had a response the next day and a new knife the day after that, this was the day after Christmas that I emailed them. Extremely pleased with the quality and customer service and I plan to buy myself a set of these knives in the next year or two.

These knives are so sharp, of course my husband cut himself the first time he used them (not badly). He just wasn't used to sharp knives. We love the weight of them. I will be buying more to fill out the set. Gin
