I ordered 2 knives; which are extremely well made and hold an edge very well. The price was unbelievable. 2 awesome chef knives for $60. I received them 3 days after I ordered them.

Needed to replace a pairing knife that was accidentally put in the trash by a dinner guest. Was able to do so easily on Gunter Wilhelm website! These are wonderful knifes. So beautiful!

I met David Malek at the AC BBQ expo, he went out of his way to explain the different knives. I bought my first 12" slicing knife from him that day. 2 days later I went to the web site and bought the rest of the set. I will not use any other brand of knife. They are by far the best knives you can buy.
