Avoid the headache now and just find another place to go…. I HATE leaving negative reviews but it’s gotten out of hand at this point and people deserve to know that are looking for real feedback. Too many negative changes happening here the past year… Extremely unfortunate because the dentists themselves are very kind, but it’s not worth it….Used to be an awesome office, my family and I have been patients for 10ish years now, but I’m unfortunately in search of new dental office. After having to return multiple times for a crown they put in last year failed, which led to me being out of pocket another $850 this year as it is, they are also charging me an additional $1350 because they can’t figure out how to file the claims right with the insurance company so would rather let me get hit with the insurance portion that doesn’t even have the insurance discount included lol…. They legit have now told me there is nothing they can do to stop their billing…. In addition to the billing issues it’s not cool going into an office you’ve been a patient at for so long and the assistants can’t even pronounce your name.
