Update* Though I was not impressed with our initial visit, I was impressed with the way my issue was handled. The staff was professional and kind dealing with me even though I was quite upset. They made up for my previous visit and though I hope to never have a need for their services, I would use them again in the future if needed. They treated, and double checked my daughter with the first available appointment they had. Next check will be next week and I am confident she will be lice free. My daughter got treated on Friday. We were told it was a light case she probably had lice for less than a week. We were safe to be around other kids. After visiting her cousins out of town, she complained about her head itching on the drive home Sunday. I combed her hair out and found 5 nits and 8 more lice. This is without returning home. I am extremely disappointed. My son was checked and was lice free. They missed an awful lot of stuff in her hair.

Although this isn't ever a place you want to need, it's always great to know they're there. They have always accommodated us with same day appointments, and the atmosphere (Netflix! juice!) means my kids almost don't mind going. The guarantee is peace of mind, too. Now if only every other parent in my kid's class would figure out to use you, so we could stop getting reinfested...

Lice is definitely an issue we never want to have to deal with, but the folks at Headhunters really do make the experience as pleasant as possible. They are welcoming and friendly and so full of information. They take as much time as needed for your treatment. There is no rush. You will be treated as if you are the only one who walked through their doors. Their products could not be better. I can not say enough positive about a pretty unpleasant issue. Headhunters is worth every penny!!!

Very kind people that put you at ease. They have a nice set up and truly cater to the kids. A million times better than doing the treatments yourself on your children. The cost is more than I would like - I wouldn't have hesitated to go there had it been around $100. I can see where the price makes this service cost prohibitive for some families, especially if having to do more than one full treatment in the family. Otherwise, very satisfied!

Chris and Melissa and the rest of the team were wonderful to my daughter and eased my mind immensely at the onset of the lice outbreak at our school. They provided clear, easy tips for care at home as well. We went to our follow-up appointment and were lice free! Headhunters is worth every penny spent for peace of mind, especially considering their 30 day guarantee policy. As a mother who has battled lice in both children previously, I will never go through it again alone. My niece went through torturous months this summer dealing with lice. We tried several ?over the counter? treatments to no avail. At the peak of her frustration, she told me about her teacher mentioning HeadHunters and begged me to setup an appointment. I can?t say enough great things about your service! After your professional treatment, she immediately felt relief and I?m happy to say she has been lice-free ever since! If she would have mentioned HeadHunters earlier, we could have avoided the infestation that ensued transferring the lice to our other niece and myself?.. Thank you HeadHunters!! We are all lice free??.
