Initially, I was not happy with my first coordinator (Rebel Moore). She did not return calls or emails and at one point I complained to supervisors ( and Lonestar main office) about what seemed to be a lack of interest in my questions (why timeliness rating was 3). The counsellor was changed and everything seemed to fall into place. Ms Moore did provide timely letters to me on the plus side. Obviously, I am extremely pleased with the results and would provide a positive recommendation to everyone. As a matter of fact I have recommended the service to others.
