I found their website via google and saw the high rating on Top Rated Local. I sent them an online service request to come and check out my fridge. I got an immediate phone call from a nice lady confirming an appointment for the next day between 12pm-2pm. So I confirmed. The next day: No showed from 12pm-2pm. I get a phone call at 2:24pm from a man saying that he is on his way to my "2pm-3pm" appointment. I correct him and say, "It's actually from 12pm-2pm but I'll continue waiting." 3pm rolls around. Nothing. 4pm rolls around. Nothing. I give up at 4:30pm and send an email saying to cancel my service call. They wasted my entire day.

Came to look at my stove, diagnosed the problem in minutes and had everything fix a few minutes later. It was also significantly cheaper than I expected which was awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Called them for repairs to a gas stove. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and sent a technician on the same day. He arrived within the time frame I was given and was really helpful. I would happily call them again for any future appliance repairs.

The repairman came, Tesfay, came out to my place to fix our dishwasher. He arrived on time, was very courteous to my wife and I, and made sure we understood all of the repairs needed and charges associated with them. I will highly recommend Home Appliance Services to anyone in need of appliance repairs.
