We had a great overall experience. Michael Rodriguez was extremely helpful throughout the refinance process. We were intimated about refinancing at first because we were first time homebuyers, but Michael did a great job calming our nerves and walking us through the process.

We have been clients of the UCU for more than 25 years and have financed two homes thru them, whilst maintaining various accounts including CDs, savings and checking and HELOCs. My experience with this company was great, we made an appointment, they explained everything, they told us what documents they needed from us, they explained different options, we could take and what the interest rate would be and how much our monthly payments would be. We told them what we wanted to do, they set the closing date, we met, and everything was done in about an hour and a half.
