They were timely in their estimate, very thorough with details and responded well to feedback. After the job was complete we noticed a spot that had been missed and they sent someone over within a week to rake care of it. Very pleased with our new paint!

Professional & a great job done. The only other thing I would say is to train some of the girls who answer the phones better. I asked one of the girls if there was anyway they may be able to do our job earlier and she said no it wasn't possible (and in a snooty way)... this almost made us not go with Horner. We went ahead and made the later date work and then I got a call from Adam a few days later and he wanted to schedule the job sooner. So I think the girl could have said not usually, but let me double check for you. They almost lost our business because we wanted it done sooner (plus the girl was kinda rude), and they were able to do it sooner anyway. This comment is just meant to be feedback. Otherwise the experience was great. The actual painting team honestly were a very big part of our positive experience.
