I needed a special order part for a fan motor remote control. Horton's not only helped figure out what the part was, but ordered it and called when it arrived in a reasonable time frame.

Hortons carries high quality electrical/ lighting fixtures. We remodeled our kitchen last year and are very happy with the light fixtures we purchased from Hortons. They are different from any we looked at in any of the big box stores.
