I always receive excellent customer service from your knowledgeable and friendly staff. Recently, I was having difficulty getting screws out of a light fixture so the bulb could be changed. I brought the piece into the lighting department and the ladies in that department found the correct size Phillips head screw driver and promptly changed the bulb and cleaned the glass. This is only one example the quality service provided by Hortons’ staff.
