The sales staff was excellent, providing us with a wide variety of options for our needs. The installation technician was also excellent. He had to deal with a number of issues starting with a problem with the items we purchased, there were 2 different configurations for the same item requiring him to return to the store for the correct items. He also had challenges with the installation. He did an outstanding job in spite of the challenges.

As always, Kim, was the person I go to with light related issues. She is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I know and have valued her knowledge, insight to variables and her recommendations. Because of Kim, I was able to get the LED Trims, and LED compatible dimmer switches. Plus, getting in touch with an Electrician to do the work.
