Worst customer service, the product they sell is substandard, and their install department supervisor may not exist because in the almost 5 months I've been calling, leaving messages, and asking for assistance he's never returned any communication. This company operates like a scam, they sell you something and then they disappear. If you ever get a response to your review it is most likely the front desk or dispatch ladies responding. Not to help though, just to make it look like they are helping.

The entire experience was GREAT! From the salesman Sam to the installers, I HIGHLY recommend HAC!!!!!
