Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a medical treatment which enhances the body’s natural healing process by inhalation of 100% oxygen in a total body chamber and is used for a wide variety of treatments. Oxygen is a major factor in the healing process. There are parts of the body that oxygen cannot reach. For example, circulatory issues, non-healing wounds and strokes. This is where the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy provides that extra bump to naturally and safely provide oxygen where it usually is not present. Take this analogy for a spin and picture a bottle of soda. The gas bubbles are under pressure to the extent that they are dissolved into the liquid. When you open said soda the pressure is released and you then see the oxygen expand from the liquid. When a treatment is taking place, the hyperbaric chamber creates pressure full of oxygen molecules. The molecules decrease in size and are able to dissolve into the blood plasma. This increases oxygen throughout the body and makes it possible for oxygen to reach inflamed tissue and boost start cellular functionality.

I purchased my chamber in early 2019. It's 2022, and I still use it. It's an invaluable tool for slowing my physical deterioration and helping with pain management. Three years later, I'm writing this review because of Hyperbaric Central's (Michelle's) imprint on me. She was that helpful and a joy to work with. I even had a seal leak after a few months of use. It was easy to send for repairs and took only three days total--Mail one day, repairs the next day, and then received back to Michigan the third day. I was wowed by the care and understanding that I needed my chamber back as quickly as possible. It's that helpful. Plus, my exceptionally healthy family members use it post workouts. They joyfully recommend mHBOT. (This was late 2019, pre-pandemic shipping times)

I was drawn to Hyperbaric Central based on the customer reviews I saw online. They were spot on! Michelle made the process of purchasing a hyperbaric chamber incredibly easy. She is enthusiastic, genuine and knowledgeable of the product. Granted, I knew what model I was looking to purchase. Within 15 minutes, the transaction was complete. I received my electronic invoice while still on the phone with Michelle. A couple days later, I received a "thank you" gift including some accessories and a small jar of preserves. Thanks for the personal touch, Michelle! It took four days to receive my tracking information from Summit to Sea. The chamber and accessories arrived in two separate shipments. The first came six days after order. The second shipment the following day. I comfortably recommend Hyperbaric Central and Michelle's service.

Timeliness just due to Covid supply chain issues. Michelle is very caring and really interested in what you are looking for so you receive the correct unit for your needs.. I picked the Newtowne due to American made and it is great so far. All the correct pieces were there and it was easy to put together and operate. Everything was very smooth from choosing to ordering and besides the Covid caused delay there were no issues. After first night back issues were about 45 to 50 percent less apparent the next morning. Michelle is fun and genuine and will spend the time to answer concerns and questions.

Michelle has been so wonderful helping us get our chamber. She was so patient and thoughtful with many aspects of the process. The chamber, Summit to Sea, has worked excellently thus far. It’s a wonderful investment.

Michelle was so informative and helpful through out the whole process. We have had it for a few months now and love it. We are using it as part of a treatment program for our son with Autism and have seen big changes in a short time. Highly recommend!

We purchased a Newtowne 27" hyperbaric chamber from Michelle and are extremely happy with every facet of our experience. We haven't had it very long so I can't give progress information yet but I can comment on the service so far. Michelle is wonderful to work with. The customer service was great. All questions and requests were handled surprisingly fast. Because of Co-Vid, ordering products took some extra handling and Michelle was always on top of what was going on. Michelle is also very knowledgeable about the products she sells. Even after our purchase, she was giving us "tips and tricks" to make our experience with our chamber even more positive. All products arrived at the estimated time (or earlier) and in great condition - no parts missing. Also, Michelle always had real-time information of where products were in the queue. I also needed a specific delivery date inside a specific window because I was traveling. Michelle worked with Newtowne and they hit the delivery time on the nose. In summary, Michelle and Newtowne are very much on the ball which is not necessarily a common thing when ordering large products of this nature online. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Michelle again nor would I hesitate to recommend her service to anyone interested in a Hyperbaric Chamber. I'm not sure I can do this, but once I've had the chamber a while, I'll try to edit this and add more detail on how it's working for us.
