We have our arborvitae’s shaped trimmed and tied twice a year. They are always very professional and do a wonderful job.

After a horrible service with another lawn / irrigation company I reached out to Impeccable Landscapes. Not only did the owner meet me in person at my property but followed through with a professional and fair quote within the time frame he stated. Today 04/13/2021 his crew showed up like clock work and were at my property until 1:30 pm addressing all the areas I requested! I have no doubt that Tim and his team will have my yard back to where it was when I purchased my home prior to it becoming a rental for 3 years. Extremely excited to have Impeccable completing the work and fully intend on hiring them to address the irrigation system the other company ruined.

My grass and lawn are stunning thanks to Impeccable. I’m a customer service person. Meaning, I am a huge believer in amazing customer service. Impeccable has incredibly friendly, flexible and kind service for their clients. I’ve called with questions and same day or next day I had someone stopping by to look and answer my questions. They never seemed too busy to answer a question or come by to help. I love them!

Being new to the area I asked around my neighbors who they were using and how was the service. Hands down this was the best experience with Impeccable Landscapes. From meeting the workers before we signed up to afterwards. Always letting us know when and what time would we see their workers. I think they are reasonably priced. Experience the difference for yourself.

My rating is for the care of the lawn. I do have a concern and would like it addressed: A top portion of a fence panel has been permanently bent due to employees reaching over it to unlock fence to get to back yard. (they since have been using their mower to stand on to reach over the gate without coming in contact with the panel) This was brought to the attention of Impeccable and two gentlemen came out to determine what would need to be done to repair the damage and I am still waiting. This occurred a number of months ago.
