I am always so happy with Integrity Comfort Systems! Today Chris Spalding came out for our 6 month checkup - he was so pleasant and meticulous as always! We love our 6-month old FAU/AC system and I totally forgot that this checkup/filter change is free! What a nice surprise!

Mike at Integrity is so knowledgeable, professional, and very personable and courteous! Julie at the main office is amazing too and so helpful. She got us an appointment on short notice when our a/c stopped working. Mike arrived and after investigation, he explained everything thoroughly and got us up and running! We will be calling Integrity again. They are our go to for HVAC repair and service now!

The entire crew at Integrity is absolutely the best. Everyone takes extreme ownership from the owner, office staff and installers. I have referred them to many of my friends with complete confidence. They did an awesome job installing our new HVAC system. I highly recommend them

Eric was thorough and professional. Didn’t have the part needed to fix my heating unit, so went out to find it and came promptly back. Would highly recommend using this company! Thank you Integrity for the outstanding service!

Steven Carrasco and his team did an excellent job. Steve diagnosed some problems with our a/c, made several suggestions without pressuring me, and the team arrived to do the work on time. While they were here they were polite, worked continuously and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. It was a good experience, and I will use Integrity for any a/c or heater issues again in the future.

Cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, takes their time, entirely COVID conscious and protected. Even clean booties without asking. I can't say enough regarding how wonderful it's been to receive such expertise. Straight shooters. I had a very difficult situation, and Kenny brainstormed with us- at length- and we're so appreciative. A friend with an ancient furnace and in fear of needing to purchase a new $$$$ one, called Kenny and found they were able to repair it, despite being told otherwise. I, too, had other dour estimates- these guys are terrific. Thank you- and the entire crew is great: they arrive on time, fabulous communication (thank you, Julie) and craftsmanship. Thank you!

The company’s technician, Steve, showed up about a half hour before the time I had been quoted. Steve explained everything that needed to be done to repair our a/c unit. He completed the repair, cleaned the unit, and left the area just as he found it. I will recommend this company to any of my friends who have a/c or heating needs.

So glad Integrity bought my previous air conditioner installer. They are great. Customer service goes a long way in today’s world. They are on top of things.
