Refuses to honor warranty on a roof that is 2 years old says it should sink in and be soft that's normal he said. Roof is so soft cant stand on it . Shingle broken wont come fix it says it dont need fixed J Adam's wanted all the hurricane business in Hillsborough county but now that he got paid dont want to honor his mistakes his bad roof job 16000 for a new roof that goes bad in 2 years Awful company awful person horriable experience sorry we went with this company that wont honor the warranty now I have to find a lawyer stay away from this company spare your self

I cannot say enough positive things about them, prompt showed me what the issue was came fixed immediatly! If you need any roof repair please use them!

I would trust J Adams Roofing. They are honest, prompt, friendly installers, IMMACULATE clean-up, fair price! Great locally owned business with professional employees. Two experiences with them, once for a repair, once for a new roof. Just excellent!

Smooth from start to finish - even with Irma showing up in the middle of things! Was the only roofing company I spoke to who would take care of the metal roof, soffits & gutters - other companies only wanted to do the roof & refer me to other people to do the rest. Very happy with my shiny new roof :-)

The 2 roofers, employees from J. Adams, who came to our house were extremely friendly and professional. Great to have around. And their work was excellent. We would definitely use J. Adams again.

Joe personally went on the roof and tarped the hole in the roof to keep it from leaking. He gave a prompt, fair estimate and the cost of the work did not go over and stayed within our insurance coverage. Roof was completed on schedule and crew cleaned up everything, leaving it better than they found it. Excellent service, communication, products, staff. Highly recommend J Adams Rooffing in St. Augustine, Florida. Trustworthy, reliable, efficient, high quality workmanship.
