horrible warretee service. workers showed up 1 hour late. didn't bring the right tools. had to reschedule. 3 rd repair for the wall. They were an hour late. The boss was a no show except for a late phone call. We are on the 3rd attempt to get the front door to seal properly. Because of this I backed out of buying a 2nd home there for my sister.
I bought a property at Village Northwest built by Jenuane. It did not disclose there is a major oil pipeline running through the community borderline before we signed the purchase contract. The pipeline is only 15 -20 feet away from my unit and is required to be disclosed to all owners of the townhome communit because the pipeline area is the common area. I consider this non-disclosure intentional by Jenuane and misleading and very damaging to us as had we known this pipeline disclosure we would never buy this property.
