Each time I call this business with an appliance repair need I am greeted by courteous telephone representatives. An appointment is made and a technician arrives within the appointed window. The repair needed is diagnosed and done. When a part is needed, I am what and why and given an idea when it can be installed in our home. On a scale of 1- 10, I rae Jim & Dave's a solid 10

What peace of mind I have whenever I have need of Jim & Dave's Appliance Service...they are professional, EXCELLENT at communicating with me, prompt. reliable and EXTREMELY GOOD at either repairing or making arrangements for replacement of our appliance through our Xcel Energy Appliance Plan. If we need repair on an ANY appliance that may not be included in our Xcel plan, we always call Jim & Dave's. We couldn't ask for a better company!
