your technician diagnosed problems with my washer. He did a very thorough job. However, the bad news was that the washer wasn't economically fixable. Thus I had to buy a new washer. I was happy with your technicians work.

They came quickly and worked hard to get my dishwasher working. Then the repairman stayed around to thoroughly check that it would work properly in the future.

My need was warranty work and Jim & Daves Appliance was very prompt and attentive, even during the Corona chaos. They even returned my initial phone call on a Sunday. I can't speak to their pricing because it was warranty work, but the service and results were excellent.
