The technician who came to fix my refrigerator was great. He took all the time to figure out what happened and spent a fair bit of time on the phone with the tech guys from the manufacturers. He was patient and helpful. My only complaint: I failed to write down the new way this particular model restarts (which buttons have to be pushed in what order).

All the technicians that have been to my house to work on my appliances have been great. They arrive when they say they will, they come prepared and they always have great advice on how to avoid more problems. I trust everything they tell me. I have total confidence in this company!
