They did what I asked them to do. They fixed the dryer. Because it is old, there was a wait time for the part, but otherwise the technician was quick and efficient.

We work with Jim & Dave's for our own home and refer them to our clients on the homes we inspect. They schedule you quickly and most always resolve the problem. If not, they lay out the problem with concise explanations. I never feel like I'm being ripped off or strung along to spend more money with Jim & Dave's. We highly recommend them for all Northern Colorado!
