I’ve been coming here for years and I stand by the awesomeness of groomers but I wasn’t particularly happy about an interaction with the gentleman at the counter. I called to find out the cost of the service so that I could bring it in cash along with the tip, get there and he’s very dry, unfriendly, then I get quoted a price $10 more than what was said over the phone. My dog looks great, and is usually in a bad mood but today he was so happy so I’m thankful he was taken care of.
