This company is awesome to work with! I am an out of town owner of a KC area property that I needed to sell. Had to make decisions based on repair/renovations before selling or trying to sell as is with a realtor. I happen to see an ad on tv for KC Property Group and jotted it down. Couple weeks later, just out of curiosity.....thought I'd check with them just to see what kind of offer I might get to take into consideration in order to make a decision. Because I live out of town and was going to be in KC over the weekend, Andy and Nick were kind enough to meet me on a Saturday. They checked everything out and gave me an offer on the spot. They gave me a thorough evaluation and reasoning behind it. Before I called them, I had convinced myself that they would try to low-ball the price but I was pleasantly surprised. I feel they were fair and after considering all my options, it was the best way to go. After signing a simple 1 page contract, they took care of EVERYTHING. Brooks followed up the next week to make sure I was happy and ask if there was anything else they could do to make my experience with them better. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to sell their home fast and with no hassle! Thank you Andy, Nick and Brooks.....you guys are awesome! I

I am very pleased with the experience with KC Property Group. Beginning with my first call with Brooks to my meeting with Andy in my home and the closing at Alpha Title Co, I found the entire process was a positive experience. They all treated me with great concern and respect and as a widow, I welcomed the treatment afforded to me as I left my home of 47 years. I feel confident that some family soon will find new memories in this home and neighborhood. Thanks to Brooks and Andy for making this so easy!
